We use DHL and Finnish Posti for shipping. Read the latest shipping options at shipping and returns page.  

The shipping cost depends on shipping options and delivery country. But DHL delivers to most European countries for €9.90. Please refer to shipping and returns page.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. For the return to be accepted the returned items must be unworn, with labels on, and essentially in the same condition in which they were sold and with any seals intact.

Include your name, order number and phone number and which items you want to return in the return notification. Once we have received your message, we will send instructions by email.

When the return is received and accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method. The original shipping fee will also be returned, but the handling fee will be deducted from the refund, regardless of if only one or all of the items in the order are returned.
